As a key designer for the GetSwift Delivery Management Software, I was deeply involved in all aspects of the project's lifecycle. My contributions were pivotal in ensuring the platform's success and wide adoption by prominent clients such as Heineken Mexico, Red Rooster, and Pizza Hut.

I designed and developed user flows from scratch, focusing on creating intuitive and efficient paths for users to achieve their goals. This involved mapping out every step of the user journey, from order creation to delivery confirmation, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.

Provided detailed design documentation and collaborated closely with developers to ensure a smooth handoff and accurate implementation of the design. My attention to detail and clear communication helped streamline the development process and reduce misunderstandings.
